Onimusha: Way of the Sword lands on Friday 4 September, a week from today. I've priced every edition I can read at every Australian retailer I can read, and here is the short version: nobody is discounting it. Amazon and JB Hi-Fi are line-ball on every single edition, $99 for a standard copy and $129 for a SteelBook, and there is no cheaper option hiding anywhere I could get to. That is not the answer a price guide is supposed to give you, and it's the honest one.
Every edition, every price
All of these were read off the shop's own product page this morning. Where two shops are level I've said level rather than picking a winner, and I'm not sending you to Amazon by default when there is nothing in it.

What I'd actually do
Pre-order the standard edition at $99 wherever you already have an account, because there is no money in it either way and the thing that decides it is who you'd rather ring if the disc arrives cracked. The one small edge Amazon has is its pre-order price guarantee: if the price drops between now and 4 September, you pay the lower one. JB doesn't offer that, but JB will price match if you ask, so neither is a trap.
Skip the SteelBook unless you want the tin. It's thirty dollars for a metal case and the game inside is identical. I've bought SteelBooks before and every one of them is in a cupboard.
And the honest caveat on the whole thing: it is a brand new Capcom game and nobody outside a review embargo has played it, including me. A price guide tells you what it costs, not whether it's good. If you're on the fence, $99 will still be $99 in a fortnight, and by then you'll have read a review from someone who has actually finished it.
