This is the running list of gaming deals actually worth your money in Australia. Twelve deals this morning across games, headsets, mice and one PC case. Three came off: NBA 2K27 crept back up, Halo's only stock is second-hand, and the Metal Gear Solid collection sold out at Big W. The best thing on the page is the Logitech G502 X Plus at $175.69, and the best game on it is Star Wars Outlaws on PS5 at $40.
Every price below was read off the shop's own live product page this morning from 6:21am AEST, with the seller checked on the buy box for every Amazon row. Never a tracker feed, never a deals email. Twelve deals made the cut, all of them at Amazon AU today. JB Hi-Fi was opened on every row as the cross-check. Big W's search would not load for me for a second morning running, so there are no Big W prices on this page at all rather than yesterday's dressed up as today's. Where another shop matches the price I say so instead of letting a discount badge do the talking.
Standout right now
41% off a struck $299.95, read off Amazon's own listing this morning, in stock for delivery tomorrow. JB Hi-Fi has the same mouse in black or white at $229 today, ticketed $299 with $70 off, so Amazon is $53.31 under the shop down the road on an identical product. One thing has changed since yesterday and it is worth knowing: the buy box has moved back to Amazon AU itself, where yesterday it was an Australian marketplace seller. That means Amazon's own returns desk backs the purchase rather than a third party. The price went up $7.70 at the same time, which is the trade. At $53 under JB with Amazon behind it, I would still take it.

Seven rows here this morning, biggest saving first. Where a shop shows no struck-through RRP I don't print a saving, because I'm not going to invent a number they never showed. Every JB Hi-Fi figure below was opened on JB's own search this morning.

Star Wars Outlaws turns up twice this morning and both are worth a look. The Gold Edition on Switch 2 is $59 against a struck $89.95, 34% off, sold by Amazon AU, with JB Hi-Fi at $84 this morning and Big W at $79 yesterday. That's the season pass version rather than the bare game. The plain PS5 disc holds at $40, and JB wants $49 for it this morning, the same as Big W did yesterday. Amazon shows no struck RRP there so I'm not printing a percentage, but nine dollars under two other shops on the same disc is a real low, and forty dollars is a fair price for a game this size.
Assassin's Creed Shadows is on here as the Switch 2 version, not the PS5 one. Switch 2 is $69 against a struck $89.95, with JB at $84 this morning and Big W at $79 yesterday. The PS5 disc has gone the other way and it's in the dead list below. Stock on the Switch 2 copy reads only four left this morning, so if that's the one you want, don't sit on it.
Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2 is the only row where a shop other than Amazon wins outright. Big W has the PS5 Day 1 Edition at $79 on its own page this morning and JB Hi-Fi wants $89. Big W shows no struck RRP, so I'm not printing a percentage against a number they never displayed, but ten dollars under the next shop is ten dollars. That link is a plain one, no commission in it.
Death Stranding 2 at $98 hasn't moved in a fortnight. 22% off a struck $124.95, sold by Amazon AU, and JB wants $109 this morning, as Big W did yesterday. NBA 2K27 at $98 is 18% off and $11 under JB, but Big W had it at $99 yesterday, so that one is likely a dollar rather than eleven.
Then there are three where Big W changes the answer. Crimson Desert Day One at $89, Black Flag ReSynced at $79 and Halo: Campaign Evolved at $74 all look like clean Amazon wins against JB Hi-Fi, and against JB they are. Big W had all three at exactly the same price when I checked yesterday, and its search would not load for me this morning to re-check. Treat them as good prices you can get at either shop, and buy wherever you'd rather deal with. Halo reads one copy left at Amazon this morning, which is the one reason to pick a shop quickly.
Directive 8020 at $69.95 is 22% off a struck $89.95 on Amazon's own page, sold by Amazon AU. Big W had it at the same $69.95 yesterday, but as a delivery-only line with a fee on top that isn't shown until checkout, so on the number they were level and on the total Amazon is ahead. JB's search still wouldn't return it this morning.
Accessories
Five rows, and this is the strongest this section has been. Two mice, two headsets and a case, and four of the five are sold by Amazon AU directly.

The two headsets are the easy buys. The Corsair Void v2 has given back the twenty-four cents it put on over the weekend and sits at $147.69 again, $51.31 under JB Hi-Fi's $199 before JB's delivery fee, and the second widest gap on the page. The HyperX Cloud Stinger Core Wireless at $105 is $34 under JB's $139, with three left. Both are wireless, both are the real versions rather than a wired model with a similar name.
The Corsair 3200D RS case at $89 has a proper comparison this morning. JB Hi-Fi carries it through a marketplace seller at $150 plus delivery, so Amazon is roughly sixty dollars under before postage even comes into it.
One honest note on the G502 Hero. Amazon's badge says 61% off a struck $149.95, which sounds enormous. JB Hi-Fi has the same mouse at $59 this morning, ticketed $99. So the gap between the two shops is seventy-two cents, not ninety dollars. It's still a good mouse at a good price. Just buy it wherever you'd rather deal with, because on this one they're level.
Consoles

There is no console deal today and I'm not going to dress one up. Amazon AU reads $766 and JB Hi-Fi reads $769, against the $769.95 RRP Nintendo moved to on 1 September. Four dollars off list is not a bargain. A $697 price at digiDirect was doing the rounds earlier this week and I could not open their site this morning to confirm it, so I'm not quoting it as fact. If you want a Switch 2, that one is worth checking yourself.

What I'd actually spend money on. Outlaws on PS5 at $40 first, because forty dollars for a game that size is the kind of price you take. Outlaws Gold on Switch 2 at $59 if you want the season pass version instead, and that one is $25 under JB, the widest gap on the page. A headset next if yours is held together with tape: the Corsair Void v2 at $147.69 if you want the better one, the HyperX Stinger Core at $105 if you just want working ears. The G502 X Plus if you're due a proper mouse, or the Hero at $56.78 if you want most of the job done for a third of the money. And the Corsair 3200D case at $89 if there's a build in your future.
Shadows on Switch 2 reads four copies left and the HyperX reads one, so those two are decide-today buys. The rule stands: only buy what you already wanted. A cheap game you never play still cost you money.
